We hired Abe to do our home inspection and we're very happy with his services - Abe was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and thorough throughout the whole process. For context, we were first time homebuyers and didn't have frame of reference or experience on what all needs to be considered for the house inspection. We're very thankful to have received Abe's help! Abe provided a very thorough inspection report, organized by rooms and color-coded by deficiency type. The report contained definitions, recommendations, warnings, pictures, and references for review. Abe also provided a reference document with estimated cost and life expectancy for Residential Construction and Remodeling of everything in-scope for homeowners. Most importantly, Abe was honest and made sure we understood everything during and after the inspection. Thank you again, Abe!

They are very honest and through. They gave a very detailed report on what they found.. They did not try to persuade me one way or the other. Very pleased with their work. We have used them multiple times and would use them again.

I would definitely recommend Abe. He walked me through the entire process, found hidden issues and left a service guide book on when to look at and potentially fix different systems in the house.

    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
