This is my first experience with roofing. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was sold on the absolutely professional demeanor of Brandon Fries. He was well informed about his product, honest and friendly. He was extremely accommodating and helped me along every step of the process. The process went from frustrating and confusing, to being easy and straightforward. His team was excellent, incredibly efficient and thorough. This cost much less than I would have anticipated. I feel confident that the structure of my old roof is sound, done right, and that my homes roof is the last thing I have to worry about for a very long time. Home Remedy USA is one of the best companies I have ever worked with during my long experience as a home owner. Brandon Fries and his staff including Cole are top notch. The crews they employ are experts and there is no wasted motion on their part. Once they come on site (on time) the entire crew knew exactly what to do because they had been completely briefed by Brandon prior to coming on site. The advance preparation was excellent. We had a roof repair and gutters installed on one house and a complete roof removal and installation as well as gutter replacement on a second home. The work was on time, complete and within budget. Any unexpected problems such as wood rot, etc. was handled in a timely and up front manner. It is rare that you can completely trust a contractor but Home Remedy USA is the exception. You can trust them 100% to get the job done and to be 100% honest regarding the level of effort needed. I highly recommend them.

this is the best home project company above all i have ever used. they did exactly what they said they would do and did it when they said it would be done. my roof is pretty large but the entire project was completed in one day and everything was cleaned up and nail-free when i got home that evening. they also did my covered guttering and new downspouts and they are beautiful, seamless and will always be leaf and clog-free. i no longer will have to climb up to my roof at least 3 times a year to clean my guttering. KUDOS to this company! very, very professional and honest. hire them, i guarantee you will be pleased.
