Lifeway Indianapolis, formerly Home Safe Homes, is an Indianapolis, Indiana-based provider of custom home modifications and mobility equipment. General Manager Kent McCool, Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS), founded the company in 2001 with the goal of preventing home accidents and injuries by providing education, quality products, and professional installation.

They were late ordering the ramp.I had to cancel a trip.They sent 2 guys out here.They gave me a price,Than after the ramp was done,I had to pay more.For the guy who put it in was very nice and cleaned up very well.

David was not prepared when he arrived. Kept borrowing my husband's tools. Had to spend extra time correcting the sloppy work he did. Changed the location of the grab bars in the shower without consulting us first. Kent probably should have come for inspection prior to the start. Was overcharged the first trip but cost of the final trip was adjusted. Had to call several times to get the job completed. Chose this company because of their ageing in place designation. The girl (I believe her name was Laura) was efficient and helpful. Not sure I will use this company to eventually add a roll in shower.

They had to come back and adjust the child locks.. as the drawers were not secure. I have had 2 of the drawer locks break and many of them have to be adjusted on a regular basis. They were quick to come out when I called, and very nice to deal with.
