We thought we were getting something far different from what we got. I sent pictures and measurements so there would be no confusion as to where our TV would be mounted which was over our fireplace and into stone. If my husband had not been the one to meet him I don't know how he would hsave completed the project since he came alone and my husband had to help him hang it. He couldn't drill through the stone so it is only hung by two bolts so hopefully it will hold. We also understood that after he hooked up the components he would program them all and set optimal features but, no, we have to use one remote to change channels, one for vol.

I am sorry that Darla doesn't quite understand how this works and that they were dis-pleased with the installation. There was no confusion on my end and the TV was mounted exactly where they wanted it. I even modified the mount to add a new hole so that the TV's measurements would match up with where the mount had to go. I was unable to drill through this stone even with a hammer drill and mason bit. So I used heavy duty, 180 lbs anchors through a 1/2" of hardybacker and 3/4" plywood on the other side. I can assure them this is standard practice and is very secure. They do not own a universal remote and need separate remotes.

We had to mount a 55 inch tv to a very uneven rock wall and Hooked Up did a fantastic job. Showed up on time and had to job completed without any issues in excellent time. I would highly recommend him to anyone for this service. Very personable and professional!!!

Hooked Up was fantastic! On time and very professional. Cost was half of what Best Buy was going to charge for hanging my son's TV at his apartment. Further, some of my hardware for my existing mount was missing. Hooked Up was able to find parts on hand to complete the job. I was very satisfied and will use them again in a year when I move my son to a nicer and bigger apartment.
