Reviews
Write a ReviewRudy was very engaged and accommodating. He was very good in communicating about the project., he is a winner!!
They took too long to finish the job. Made us paid for their redos.
You did not pay for our mistakes, we explained that you would pay $150 for the 1st 2 hours, and every hour after that would run $40 for each additional hour until your project was completed. It was explained twice, and you will never have a problem until it was time for us to get paid, then there was a problem, and we took a half-hour off your bill. We started at 12:30 pm on a Friday at your request and stayed to finish furniture that was from an online store, and parts were missing, miss labeled, and unlabeled. We worked with no break or lunch until completed at 10 pm. We most definitely did our part, it is unfortunate that the only problem you had was not wanting to pay.
House2Home provides good work quality. While they provide a good work ethic ... it was our experience to come up short of cash money that was in a drawer they had access to during installation of our kithcen drawer pulls. They were the only ones having access aside from ourselves. The money was in a bank envelope prior to their installation of drawer pull, however, we discovered the money was missing shortly thereafter. We ultimately decided not make a police report. We did not wish Rudy and/or Tyler any jail-time and felony restitution. That said, be cautious with this company entering your home and be very watchful of them. For this, we DO NOT recommend.
My guy and I never took anything from I was right there the whole entire time and I asked for you to clear all the drawers that we were gonna be installing they were not cleared out and there was no envelope.
Rudy is very thorough. Shower drainage issue expanded beyond estimate, but corrections needed to solve problem. Great job!
They were polite, organized and knowledgeable. Rudy was very honest and explained the process well and did what he said he would do. The Patio is beautiful. I would recommend House 2 Home to everyone I know in need of a tile job.
