The cleaning was not thorough - only partially done. Also they did not do all of the items on list we were told they would do. I tried them two times in total. After talking with the owner after the first service to see if the cleaning would improve it did not and at the second visit they also broke a decoration/item on a dresser and never told me. I would not recommend this company.

Customer service was good just had a hard time to set up an initial appointment due to both our schedules, but after the initial connect, I found out texting was the best mode of communication.

House Maids LLC is a great service. The management is extremely professional and always on hand to answer questions and organise services. The cleaning is completed to a high standard and I am very pleased with the results. Although slightly more expensive than other companies, you get what you pay for including well-trained staff, background checks and drug testing. This make me feel very confident in the service as I am careful who I let into my home. I would definitely recommend them and am using them regularly.
