Ryan power washed, sanded and stained my deck and front porch this summer. The cedar wood had changed a variety of shades and he carefully matched and blended the new stain. The job was done in a timely manner. Ryan was professional and easy to work with.

Ryan provided the beat snow removal I have had in over 20 years. He kept my difficult driveway clear all winter but did zero damage to the lawn and landscaping.

Like a previous review, I also hired this guy to install holiday lights on my house. The two days he said he would come do the install ended up in a phone call hours past his promised time of arrival, both days stating he had a critical infrastructure issue at another job. Now, I have not heard from him for days. And like a shmuck wanting to give a kid a chance, I let him take my lights to his shop to test them and make sure they all work. So now he has all my lights and is not contacting me back. Do not hire this kid.

Do not use this so called company! The owner is extremely unprofessional and took my money without completing even a portion of the job. He said he needed it for **supplies** which he never purchased. I hired him to install holiday lights on my house. He talked about all the other accounts he had and that this was a **bread and butter** service they provided. He quoted me a flat fee for install and take down and said he would be back in a couple days with a contract. When he returned a few days later the lies and excuses started. His printer was broke so he could not print a contract, Then **Albany** was dragging their feet so he did not have his insurance paperwork. His employees that were working for free needed to be at their real jobs so he could not stay past 3pm. He underestimated the pitch of the roof and although he took my $400 job he had $20,000 jobs in Westchester, literally - everything he said was a lie. Even told me he could not get back to my house on Sunday afternoon because all the gas stations in highland were closed..... after a week of this nonsense and him only attaching the hooks to my roof I told him I wanted my money back. He began yelling at my wife and I saying he did not have the money and we were not getting it back, when I told him he was not leaving until he gave me my money back he called the cops. Terrible business man, terrible quality work and terrible human being.

Ryan was extremely attentive and he made my moving process pleasant in an otherwise stressful process! He was really great.

Ryan was very professional! He did everything right and explained everything he was doing! He was really helpful and I would def recommend him to anybody!
