Contacted plumber through servicemagic.com to come to my rental property to disconnect the water supply to the back of the refrigerator. Was supposed to put a shut-off valve in the line. I was not able to get up to the property for a few weeks. When I got there, I found all he did was cut the copper line and crimp the end of the line with plyers. This was not what was discuseed and nor did it solve the problem. The crimping didn't hold and caused the line to leak in the kitchen. No shut off valve was ever installed. I was charged $150 or 2 hours of work which is utterly rediculous. I could have done the shotty work he did in about 2 minutes. I would never pay for such a terrible job and nor should anyone expect to. I recently received a bill from a collection agency for the amount of $150. I was ripped off! An what makes this situation even worse is that I just received a threatening voicemail from Frank who I assume it the one who did the work, or lack there of, yesterday threatening me if I didn't pay the outstanding balance. I have contacted my attorney regarding the voicemail. I have the voicemail saved on my phone as evidence regarding this threat.

Prompt, courteous, diagnosed the problem immediately and repaired it on the spot. I'm thrilled that I have now found a reliable, skilled plumber for any future plumbing issues.

though he didn't come out the day he said he would, and I had to basically shame him into coming the next day. when he got here, though, he was very good and quick.

Frank is personable, professional and provides great service value for the money. I would recommend him to others in our neighborhood needing plumbing and HV/AC service.

    5.0 Steven M. Concord, NH

Frank was great. He did a great job replacing my shower and tub fixtures. His quoted price was what he charged me and he completed the job very quickly and was very clean. I will use Hydroline for all of my plumbing needs.

Frank Robertson was very professional in every way. He seems to be so knowledgeable. We felt very comfortable having him come to not only our home but that of our tenant. He was always on time and very accommodating. We would recommend him to our neighbors and friends.

He got out and did the job when I needed him to.

    5.0 Craig W. Rochester, NH

I spoke with Frank on the phone and he actually gave me advice to fix the small leak that I had in a faucet on my own. I'm sure other companies probably would have charged me a lot of money to send someone to my house to simply tighten a loose nut. I would absolutely recommend Hydroline to my friends and family. And I would not hesitate in hiring Hydroline to perform work in the future if the need arises.
