It takes a lot to upset me, but lack of customer service does it every time. After 5 days of waiting on a call or a return visit to complete the job I hired another company to finish the work. When I cancelled the project, after calling the man, I got a string of texts that I'm sure he would not want posted in his review. I will however, be contacting HomeAdvisor tomorrow at opening and inform them of his handling of the situation. I'm sorry to have to report this, it truly is disappointing to me that a company in the service industry would act this way.

What he isn't saying is that I met with him in less than four hours from the time we first spoke on the phone. He had a pool light that needed a bulb and gasket and a spa light that needed to be replaced completely. I gave him a price for both repairs and said I could do the bulb and gasket that day, but I would need to go get a spa light and do that next week. It was a thursday before Labor day so I wanted to make sure he was OK with that and he was. The Wednesday after Labor day he texted me to inform me that he found someone else to do the spa light. I am still not sure why he was upset when that was the timeline that he agreed to.

I hate giving bad reviews, but this was one of my worst merchant experiences ever. Terrible customer service and terrible pool cleaning service. Owner Andy is either un-knowledgeable or lazy. He remained non-communicative with me throughout the experience and when I reached out to him for answers, his responses were sarcastic and downright rude. He will take your money and barely even try to correct your issue. I hired him in April 2018 to clean my pool and get it back to summer condition. Admittedly it was green but that happens sometimes. I've had a pool for 18 years and I've seen what pool service companies can do with a green pool. After over a month of NO progress he blamed my equipment and had every other excuse in the book. I fired him and hired another company and my pool was clear within 24 hours. He replies with sarcasm to every bad review he gets so I fully expect that, but be WARNED before you hire him. I only give half star because you have to rate with something. Truth is ZERO stars.

The reason Mrs. [consumer name withheld at their request] is upset is that she disputed the charge with her credit card company and after reviewing all the facts, they determined that her claim was not credible. I cleand her filter 3 times and the pressure never decreased. The cartridges were old and cracked. I have treated hundreds of green pools and I know what it takes to get them blue again. She did not want to buy new cartridges though. If your filter is not working, there is not much anyone can do to get your pool blue.

Andy did a great job! He replaced our pool motor. Showed up on time and completed the project in a timely fashion. Would definitely recommend him to anyone needing pool repair services in this area.
