    Steve was wonderful. He came out to look at the project (side of my house was burned from my outside light) and gave me a breakdown of what it'll take to repair my siding. He sent me his official quote and we agreed to start the project. I decided to go with him because he was prompt, professional and reasonably priced. After he completed the project, I was happier than expected. The siding and paint matched perfectly. It doesn't even look as if a repair had been done. I'm very happy with him and his work. Highly recommended.

    Mr. Manzano is very conscientious and thorough about his work, ensuring it is done correctly and to the customer's satisfaction. Offered excellent recommendations on how to handle the repairs I needed. Professional and courteous. Handled all clean up and left my home and yard as clean as he found it. Would definitely hire him again.

    Steve and his workers were excellent! He repaired and caulked all the problem areas in my 110 year old house. He removed old fixtures on the outside and even did some repairs that I didn't ask for to make it look better. His paint job was meticulous. He is my new #1 handyman because he can do other types of work as well.
