I'm a UN staff who moved from New York to Libreville (Gabon) in the summer of 2015 (20' container, mostly furniture). The agent was good albeit a bit pushy for the closing. The packing team did an excellent job and my stuff arrived in a perfect state. However, Imovegreen is simply not capable of managing an international move. They had no French-speaking staff and, accordingly, failed to understand and implement the right administrative procedure. The overall price was per market but I ended up paying over 3,000 USD in penalties because they did not obtain a critical certificate. They refused to take any responsibility and shut me down at the end of the process. I strongly discourage undertaking an international move with this company.

Movers were great. Estimate was not specific enough, underestimated quantity of our belongings. Estimator left company in midst of our move, so could not reach her.

I was very satisfied with the company and the work they did however, the initial person I spoke with, Rose, was a bit on the ditsy side and made a lot of mistakes however, they were all rectified and the move went very smoothly

They were very professional in every way. There attention to detail on how to pack the most fragile of items as well as the large furniture pieces and there checking system to make sure every item arrived to its destination. One word to describe I move Green - Great, Great, Great!!!!!!!!

The movers were polite and very efficient. I would use this company again definitely. It was easy to schedule. They even provided a box to hang my dry cleaning that was dropped off unexpectedly.

The only problem was they showed up almost two hours late. Everything else was very good, though not excellent. The final charge was $160 less than the estimate.

These folks recently handled my move from Long Island to the far southwest corner of New York state. It was an unusual move, as there was very little furniture involved and most of the things to be moved were antique paintings and prints. I did the packing myself, but a two-man crew did an excellent job of loading everything safely into the van; they arrived a little late because of traffic and an address problem, but they were incredibly fast. The next day, everything was delivered in fine shape; they arrived an hour early, and the bill matched the estimate exactly.

The problem with this company was that they underestimated the volume of the move. they had to leave items at the first home and return for them. they also explained at the destination home that the small print on the contract says the estimate was not binding, and since the move was more than 10% off, we owed extra money. We were happy with the movers themselves, who packed us up and placed everything in the new home with care. Nothing got lost or broken.
