I & O Inspections, LLC

I contacted I & O inspections via Yelp on Friday he responded within the hour. He sent over documents to sign and we scheduled an appt at my house for a warranty inspection. Monday morning 9a and he was there early at 840a. Jerry is very thorough and advises what he is doing, and is going to do, and why. Jerry spent approximately 2 and half to three hours at my home. I am confident in his finds, and that I had a well built home, and good builder and should not have any problems for years to come. If you need a warranty inspection, definitely call Jerry! RW

Was very punctual (time started and estimated finish time).

Jerry was so communicative and helpful. He bent over backwards to accommodate a last minute inspection that my client wanted literally hours before going to the closing table. My client was not going to sign without an inspection and this company helped seal the deal! I am so thankful for them and will go to them from here on!

Jerry is amazing. He was very open in responses to questions and made us aware of any necessary steps needed for inspection that may have caused damage to paint or property.
