I had a roof repair performed 2 years ago. For a grand total of $700 out of pocket, I was blessed with cracked asphalt shingles surrounding the area. I understand they need to lift them up to slide the new in, but I absolutely should have been told the shingles were brittle, or that they damaged the surrounding area.

This is company should to be avoided at all costs. They do not stand behind their product. Cole "the project manager" promises the sky and delivers nothing. And repeats that promise constantly. I have no idea how he can keep a job there with his dishonest ways. They attempted to repair my new roof twice and it still leaks. I had to absorb the costs for inside water damage and they still haven't reimbursed me 3 months later. Now, they tell me they're not responsible and my claim is with Owens Corning. Funny thing is Idaho Roofing is the only one I had a contract with. Clearly, it is time to retain legal counsel.

Very professional communication channels. Thorough inspection of my project prior to offering a bid. Expeditious turnaround times on their follow through, and competitive pricing. Research their organization, and could only find similar positive reviews. I appreciate their in0house business model, as I am adverse to sub-contracting and outsourcing work.

Excellent response time. Detailed explanation of their scope of work. Their price was reasonable, the attention to detail was excellent. The team showed up on time and finished early. They cleaned the site before they left for the day. I would definitely recommend them.

This was a good experience. Things were explained well during bid process. I added a couple of upgrades to the base bid. I am happy with the work done & would recommend this company if you need roof replacement or repair.
