Dan was amazing!! Our AC stopped working on a weekend when it was in the 90s. Dan came out right away and did not upcharge for the urgent, weekend call. He was meticulous in tracking down the leak and was diligent in showing us exactly what he had done and what he had found...inspiring trust in him and his dedication to getting it right and treating us right! Given the location, it was going to be an expensive fix, so he worked up several options for us to consider, along with the pros and cons of each of them. We decided to replace our entire HVAC system and Dan again came through with high quality, fair pricing and extra-mile service!! We would highly recommend Ideal Air as a first call and know that Dan's expertise and integrity will impress even the toughest customer (such as my husband!!).

I was called on friday and he was able to squeeze me in and come out that weekend to fix my air. Very polite, professional and fast. Our air is working again, so happy!

He is a very friendly, flexible guy. Super responsive with immmediate concerns that need to be addressed. He has worked for me several times now. He insatlled a water softener, serviced my furnace and A/C unit, and even weeded the plants around my unit that were affecting its performance. He is very helpful and detailed. I have already recommended him to others.

Very conscientious, courteous, and left all very neat and clean. He responded the same day we were without heat, found out the issue and took care of it. He was able to detect the issue and he had the parts with him, so it was one stop service call for all. I would recommend him highly to anyone and I will call again. He was very knowledgeable and honest. I would trust his recommendations in the future.
