Arrived late, although they did call to say they would be later. Not terribly thrilled that I was charged about $35 to change out batteries that I supplied.

    Response from Company:

Dear Kym, Thank you for your feedback. You will be able to reduce your next heating and or cooling service request by $50.00 when you mention this letter at the time of scheduling your next service call. I have also enrolled you into our Loyal Customer Group where you will receive an additional 3% discount on all regularly priced tasks (not valid with specials or coupons). I truly apologize you were not 100% pleased with our recent service call to your home. After reviewing the details of the call, I discovered that our dispatcher was able to squeeze you in the same day schedule by moving other calls around. I also noticed our technician arrived close to the end of our scheduled time, but he did arrive at your home within the scheduled time block. Upon arrival the technician diagnosed a failed thermostat battery. The fee for the diagnosis is $95.00. The flat rate price to replace the battery and cycle check the system is $137.00, total. I was told you provided the battery to the technician, which is normally a $10.00 parts charge. We deducted / waived the parts charge and the diagnostic charge from your total invoice. I understand the cost of service is sometimes considered high, especially for something as simple as replacing a thermostat battery. However, please consider all the charges involved for a licensed and bonded company to send a fully stocked service van and a NATE Certified technician with all the tools and materials to your home. Upon arrival, we are usually prepared to properly service and repair your heating and cooling equipment. We have provided this service for over 33 years, here in Rancho Cucamonga, California! To date our business practices, teamed with thousands of happy customers, have allowed us to win the distinguished, CARRIER Presidents Award for superior service, 5 years in a row! We have maintained an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau, for many years. We are LOVED on YELP (check our reviews)! Angies List awarded us the SUPER SERVICE AWARD in 2013! We have been voted FAVORITE Heating and Air Conditioning Contractor in the INLAND VALLEY the last 2 years in a row. Please do not forget to use the $50.00 coupon on your next service request. Welcome to the Loyal Customer Group!

He does the maintenance for my two stores and installed a new system into my house.
