Need to reschedule couple times but once they start they are quite efficient !

Communication through the quoting and scheduling process was excellent. The team showed up on time and worked nearly non-stop to finish my roof in one day. I do have two complaints. The cleanup afterwards left a lot to be desired. I found old material, nails, new material, plastic packaging and trash(beer bottle caps) all over the place. The nails in my driveway and gutters are disappointing as I was told they would walk around with a magnet to pick all of that up before they left. Luckily I have astute kids who saw them and went out and picked them all up for us before we drove over them. The shingles and other trash left behind was minimal but I wasn't expecting to have to walk around my property picking them out of trees and my pile of firewood. Lastly, when they were bringing up the bales of shingles to my roof they were throwing them down, this caused over 15 nail pops in my living room vaulted ceiling. I called Damon and he said he would instruct them to stop, but they did not. By that time they were nearly done bringing material to my roof and no further damage was found. I'm not sure if that is some sort of expected occurrence, but no one took a look at the damage or told me it was normal etc. I wouldn't think ceiling damage is normal, but I didn't bring it up with them again.

They were easy to work with, hard-working, professional, and left no mess behind. I am pleased with my new roof.

The experience was good from start to finish. The job was to repair a leaky chimney that was allowing water to leak into an interior wall. Damon, the project manager, was in touch the whole time and everyone arrived at the appointed time. The repair crew, Steven and Julio, were efficient and courteous. They kept us up to date on what they were doing and answered all questions that came up. Damon did a follow-up inspection when work was completed. The price and workmanship were very good. We will definitely consider Indiana Residential for needed repairs as they arise. Ron Z

I was able to have my estimate and the work done in less than a week. My shingles look great. I was very impressed with the work and the speed of communication.

Damon was terrific and stayed in contact, checked in with me and came back out after the work was finished to make sure everything was cleaned up properly. This was also the first time a contractor completed a job for me on time! I highly recommend Indiana Residential.
