Bobby contacted me immediately after I placed my request. He came the same day to evaluate what needed to be done. Within two days, I received a printed quote for the job to be done. Once I accepted, he was there within two days to start work. He and an assistant showed up Saturday morning around 10 AM and worked throughout the day to complete the roof and deck issues (replacing chimmey pipes, flashings, gutters, shingles, planking etc.). Everything was completed the same day. We are very pleased with the work and the personnel and would hire him again.
