Brett came over and did a thorough check of our foundation after I showed him some pictures from our inspection report. He checked the level in several rooms on the first floor of the house and went down to the crawl space. In the end he told me that our foundation is pretty solid and does not need any repair work. He said that the small cracks on the cement is just normal wear and tear because of the age of the house. What a relieve! I really appreciate how honest and professional Brett was. We will definitely use this company again if we do have some foundation work to do some day. Strongly recommended!

I think there is a disconnect among the companies branches. I was impressed with Jym who is the manager/project advisor. The job was "completed", but the newly installed sump pump was not hooked up to temporary power, which resulted in standing water on top of the newly installed encapsulation barrier. Calling the office number on the invoice, I was told maybe they could get someone out to look at it within a week. I told them that this was not acceptable, they said I should go into the crawl space and plug the pump in with an extension cord. I declined, telling them that another contractor working on a different job said the water is "very deep". I asked the plumbing contractor if he would kindly hook up an extension cord for me so the pump would run. He said that he would have to charge a travel fee, because he ended up getting very wet, and having to return to his home for dry clothes. I called Jym, who was very receptive, he did come out with a tech the next morning, installed a different pump, and I believe there still needs to be some work done. In the mean time with all this going on, I received three separate invoices via e-mail stating I still owed them money. I discussed this issue with Jym, and I hope this issue gets resolved, it turns out that they actually owe me a small refund. I was really impressed with the Snohomish county area manager Jym, no strong up selling, and so far receptive to "getting it right". I don't spend any time in crawl spaces, and you have to trust the person you are dealing with, read reviews, and hope everything goes right! In my case, for this costly job, there have been a few bumps in the road so far. I do believe that Jym will make it right.
Response by Innovative Foundation Solution, LLC: A follow up from our Company should have done to make sure that the homeowner plug their pump. Before starting a project, Innovative Foundation Solutions will provide an instructions about the pump requirements. A signed form was returned to us stating that the homeowner will hire an electrician to plug the pump, however, temporarily, they must provide an extension cord so we can plug the pump. We are sorry that we did not follow up with this homeowner to make sure that all on the instructions they signed were followed.

They were willing to work with me to do only what I wanted done in the most cost effective way to make the home ready for sale. Others pushed to do the deluxe job.

Foreman took the time to ensure I understood what was involved, next steps, and options. However, they tried to reschedule the job after waiting two months and required me to sign paperwork at the end of the job with very little time to review - forcing me to also pay to have the paperwork faxed to them. They couldn't wait for it via mail or email. The work done was great, however the salesman's explanation of the work was misleading and he did not answer all of my questions. Be sure to read ALL of the documents they provide you before agreeing to start to avoid any complications or misunderstandings.

They installed a sump pump system in late 2015. Since, I have requested inspection and maintenance of the system, but they have been unresponsive. I have had to go to another company for service on my system.
Response by Innovative Foundation Solution, LLC: To not charge our customer excessive for annual maintenance, annual service are scheduled based on customers in the area. When the availability arise, we called him for scheduling but Gary said he already had his system serviced by another company.

Innovative Foundations did a great job in the crawl space of our home. I would recommend them very highly for any foundation work.

As unprofessional as possible. After hiring an engineering firm to confirm the faulty repair, I have hired an attorney.
