My review, Victor F, SUN City West AZ, of IntegraBuild. Project: Build an addition, and Remodel. Professional well mannered, dedicated team. All throughout the project, they were on time. Polite, respectful, and a quality dependable craftsman team. Over all, Darin's guys, are Conscientious, 'A-Rare-Find', Comfortable construction from Beginning to end of my project. From my Wife and I: Final project turned out great, for us they were a breath of fresh air. Thank you IntegraBuild, Have a nice day and better day tomorrow.

Darin and his guys did a great job. They were dependable and responsive. We ran into some obstacles with the county, but these guys remained professional, communicative, and dedicated to the job, and once we were able to work the issues out, they immediately tackled the job to its completion. Quality work and satisfyingly quick, given the county s attempt to impede progress. I will certainly be looking to them again for my next construction projects.

He is professional they have a lot of integrity. I love the fact that they are a family owned business. If ever there was a problem or any issue they jumped right on it.

They are very professional quality builders and their pricing is good. They get to the job and stay on until the project is done.

IntegraBuild is focused on high-quality craftsmanship at reasonable rates. Their work is absolutely top quality, something difficult to find in the Valley. In addition, they were a delight to work with. As we discussed the project at various stages, they repeatedly said, "We want to make sure you're happy". I would highly recommend IntegraBuild for any major remodeling project.

Darin and his team do exactly what they say they are going to do. His bid is clear, craftsmanship quality, is patient with various questions or topics to discuss, checks in often with a high level of communication, cares about the entire project and his rating is well deserved. We have worked with him on a variety of projects and all received our highest recommendation.

He was good and his workers were amazing. They removed an extremely thick wall and put in a fireplace with cabinets there instead. Steve who did most of the work, did great work. Above and beyond. Easy to get along with and trustworthy.

Kuperschmidt construction is conscientious and careful with all of their work and stand behind their subs if they hire them. They are involved in the process and help immensely to make good decisions for the owner and do not pad their invoices or suggest things that are not necessary just for a fee. There was always clear communication between myself as the owner who also was doing some of the work and Darin and his crews. I would highly recommend them for any size job!

Enlisted the help of Kupferschmid Construction in installing two interior doors I bought online. The owner Darin, immediately returned my phone call and scheduled the onsite estimate the very next weekend. He was very polite and courteous and most importantly very knowledgeable. I was immediately comfortable with him. I thought his estimate was fair so I decided to hire him. He came to the house to do the work a few days after and that's when Murphy's Law struck. The pre-hung interior doors I ordered online were very contemporary and of European design and needless to say very different than any doors you will find here in Arizona. Little did I know that there were sizing discrepancies. To make the long story short these framed doors were larger than the original door openings. Darin needed to move a few studs to make the opening large enough to fit the doors and frames. Upon discovering this "surprise", Darin remained calm and never got flustered. He went to Home Depot to purchase the required 2X4s and proceeded to do the work. It took twice the amount of time and effort we expected and all through this, Darin did not even demand any additional amount saying that the contract was signed and that the agreed amount is what he will go by. I decided to give him an additional amount anyway because I thought it was just fair that he be compensated for the additional time and labor. All in all, he may have lost potential income by taking this job but you cannot tell from his demeanor. He is just one nice guy. I recommend him highly and will definitely hire him again should a need arise.
