A true measure of a project is how the team responds to problems they encounter during the process. IHS had several, ours being an older home, and they met each challenge up front and resolved them beyond our expectations. Clay and his team did all they promised and stayed on top of the installation startup and getting is our extended warranty through Generac. I highly recommend IHS for your generator purchase and installation.

The crew was outstanding, knowledgeable/professional/ courteous. The company was very understanding when we were trying to get GA Gas out to upgrade the meter, rescheduled and kept to the schedule. We highly recommend them.

IHS is a professional, well organized company. Beginning with the sales representative, Jason Kilbane, and Alan, an electrician, who performed the initial evaluation and recommendation and continuing through all the subsequent steps of delivery and placement of the generator by Robert and Jordan, the electrical installation by Alan and Robert, and the gas installation by Cody followed by the explanation of power shut down and startup by Jordan .., each of the IHS representatives were excellent, personable, professional and highly organized which made them easy to work with on this important job for my home. I would highly recommend IHS and these company representatives for generator (GENERAC) work.

Every person involved in the sale, installation, and instructions to me has been professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The unit arrived and was completely installed a full week before I expected. In this storm season that's such comfort. The electricians (and gas line guys they called in) were on time, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves! I highly recommend David Webb and his team!
