Alan's price was outrageous for what service I received. He was only at the house for a little while, charged $450, and then just used the comp value of homes in my area.

Liked the same day service and next day received the appraisal. Amazing the cost ($525) was so much for a 15 minute tour of such a small home (1360 sf) and what I'm guessing couldn't have taken more than a 30 minute process to complete the appraisal. I'm in the wrong business!
Response by Integrity Appraisal Services: First of all fee was based on the property's location. Actually in the home doing the inspection much longer than 15 minutes. as far as the completion of the actual report--reports usually take at least 1- 11/2 hours to complete AFTER the inspection is done.

What is the screening process that Service Professionals go through in order to become members of the HomeAdvisor network?
