Lee was fantastic. I would highly recommend his services. Honest upfront and trustworthy

Lee from Integrity helped me bring my boiler online after moving into a new house. The job ended up being a little more complicated than he/I anticipated, but he completed the work quickly and at the original quoted price. I was asking many questions about boiler maintenance and functioning, and he courteously provided answers above the level I expected. I would recommend him.

the professional who can was extremely competent, helpful and courteous. He did a great job for a fair price. Couldn't ask for more. He fixed the unit and even got rid of a bee nest in the electrical box. A real pro!

Just an amazing and surprising result! After I read a negative review on this site I was not going to follow through with obtaining an estimate on repairing my radiator. So very glad that when I met with the owner, Lee, instead of giving me an estimate, he fixed the problem at no cost. In case the problem returns, he gave me a clear, reasonable, estimate on the cost of doing the work. Finally, he was very respectful when he answered my questions.

I would strongly advise against hiring this contractor. Overcharged and created a leak that he would not fix. He did not explain his fees (I still don't know is hourly rate but was charged $400 for him being here for 2 hours) and charged me for 45 minutes that he was not on site. He came out to service my boiler and adjust my radiators. He performed a radiator adjustment that he did not test before leaving my home. That adjustment led to 1 radiator going stone cold (he came back to adjust that one) but in adjusting the others on that visit he caused a leak! I called and said the radiator was making an unusual sound-he said he would charge me to see it. I discovered 2 days later that it had been leaking--soaking the subfloor and carpet--thankfully there was no other damage. I had to hire someone else to fix this problem. He took no responsibility for it. I strongly recommend against hiring him for any radiator work as he was irresponsible, unqualified and unlike the name of his company, lacked in integrity.

Response from Company:

I believe this whole problem started because the customer did not realize that it is a standard industry practice in the mechanical trades to charge for drive time between jobs. She thought she should only pay for on-sight time. The customer was angry about the drive time charges and from there the situation became worse because she was looking for excuses to complain about things. The customer actually threatened me with *scathing reviews* .She was making false accusations, hoping to get the charges adjusted. The other problem is that the she complained that I had caused leaks on the radiators. However, when I work on radiators, I always check for leaks.
