Intelaweb, LLC provided outstanding response and service to both an immediate home computer network issue and a longer-term network upgrade goal. Initial response was very fast, and repairs quickly scheduled. The tech for the original visit, Grant, kept me well informed of his expected arrival, was prompt, curteous, and quickly determined and corrected the network issue.The network upgrade, scheduled several weeks later, after determination of the best plan-of-action, and ordering and purchasing of parts (at a very competitive price, was completed by Intelaweb's president, Rick, in less time/for less cost than I anticipated! Great job!
