They rolled the mattress up which could have damaged it, with two men and a large truck there was no need to roll it up

This was actually one local and one long distance move at same time All my friends say they would never move again.. except to the grave! I sayâ ¦ hire Helix, Manny and Fernando! Manny and Fernando were so professional, helpful, cheerful and knowledgeable that they took away the stress completely. . In fact, as they packed and sorted Manny kept saying.. pls don't worry and watch. Us. There is no stress. Throughout they would also say â is everything rightâ ? I cannot speak more highly of this company and its movers except yo sayâ ¦ manny and Fernando definitely are major assets for this company â ¦ and deserve a raise! Thank you Helix!

Phenomenal professional team. They took care of all our belongings with everything arriving intact to the new house. The team assembled all the furniture and make sure that it was in the same condition as when they originally picked it up. Highly recommend for any move.

We desperately needed to move furniture at the last minute and Helix came through. They sent over Jorge and Eliot and they handled this tough furniture move amazingly. They worked through the heatwave and carrying heavy furniture up flights of stairs. I would definitely recommend them and Helix. Bravo guys. You really came through.

This company stole items and broke things. I would not recommend it.

Very serious accusations were not covered by any proof. Regarding broken items - those are the items that you guys packed, and it was a couple of dishes, and not a single furniture item was damaged. The team that you had (3 movers) are working for the company for over 8 years and they had 0 complaints ever since. We did not pack a single box and all we did was get in, load, drive, and unload. If something cannot be found it does not necessarily mean that it was taken. We are very sorry that it ended the way it did and we did try to fix things, but there are limits, and those limits we crossed.
