Nicole is very sweet but arrived over an hour late. I also paid $300 for a DEEP CLEANING and many things were not done, nor deep cleaned. Very disappointing. I would not recommend her service, but I do not want this printed in her reviews. Thatâ s just not me.

Hello Janice, sorry for the experience! With a mother with a toddler and running a business things can happen. however I did apologize and explain to you that my son was not well and I had to have his dad take him to the Doctor in order to commit to the service, there are some things we as humans cannot control. One of those things is sickness. I did exactly what you told me to do, and ask before I collected payment for you to look around to see if you were satisfied. You never got up and remarked, "I am pretty sure everything is good since the place smells fresh." you were there the entire time seeing what was done. I am not sure someone would.
