These gentleman were prompt and efficient and did not pad the bill for “extras.” They did find a small hole in the liner, that they patched for no additional fee. We certainly would have paid for that. They arrived within 2 hours of contact.

They were prompt, however they are not knowledgeable to pool product. I upgrade 260K BTU heater to 400K BTU, they did not tell me I need bigger and shorter GAS pipe. they should hook the electric wire to 240v, but hooked to 110.

Amazing service! Came to plumb our new above ground pool heater. Very helpful answering all of our questions and finished the job quickly. Very reasonable prices!

I simply do not understand how this company has good reviews! Please, Home Advisor, take them off! We hired them for pool opening and closing and weekly maintenance. They do good quality pool cleaning -- WHEN they show up, which is not often! They frequently don't bother to show up for scheduled appointments and don't bother to call and cancel, either. And you generally can't reach them, even during business hours -- probably 75% of the time I try, no one picks up. They no showed without calling multiple times last year and we gave them another chance this year. It's now Memorial Day Weekend and they already no-showed for our service. Kids are swimming in a dity pool. They opened us on 5/24 and did not vacuum and they PROMISED they'd be back 5/26 or 5/27 early morning to vacuum and clean. We confirmed multiple times that they would show up Fri. 5/26 or Sat. morning, 5/27, for vacuuming and cleaning. They promised. It's 4pm on Saturday and they're not here. After multiple calls -- their voice mail is full, very unprofessional -- they finally picked up and couldn't tell us when/if they were coming. I guess that's what we get for giving them a second chance after their many no-shows last year!

Bringing back again.

They are very nice, courteous and detail-oriented. It is a family run business that actually cares about the work and the people they send out to do the work. I have also hired him to do weekly maintenance. Thanks!
