Quick service to repair our refrigerator. Able to come within 24 hrs of calling on a weekend! They had to order the part but were able to install it the following day and thankfully that was all that was required! Very friendly and accommodating!

Was able to come out sooner than others to evaluate our refrigerator but took a few days to order and get part to repair the refrigerator. we were pleased and relieved to have a refrigerator back up and running once the job was completed

The repair was done very quickly but very expensive (completed in less than 15 minutes from diagnosis to installation of part but at an hourly rate for labor at approximately $600 an hour). This did not include an additional $85 for a used dryer timer (much cheaper new) that he used on the repair. In hindsight, I should have quizzed the It Is Fixed dispatcher who called me to set up the appointment about the labor rate of the contractor he is sending out before agreeing to the service.

Be careful. they come in with high price & you have to haggle. Estimate to come out $30. Other companies were $70. Job was done to our satisfaction

    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
