The owner Jorge was the one who built forms and formed the concrete. They are the worst steps I saw. They are not square, not uniform. He went from 5 stairs that I had, to 7 steps - so the rise was only 5 inches - which makes for an unnatural step. He came out onto the side walk with the stairs which is not ADA-legal. He said he would come fix the stairs the next day, but never returned. It has been an awful experience. I think my steps were the first steps he had ever attempted and I was the guinea pig - lucky me. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!

I had the top section of my driveway removed and replaced with JC Concrete & Pumping. The problem was during the job the concrete truck broke a section that was perfectly fine. Instead of the company just being honest about the mistake and replacing the panel they broke they tried to cover it up. Thank goodness i had a camera back there to see them try to fill in the 10ft crack they caused. After reaching out to and not hearing back from JC Concrete about the issue I reached out to home advisor to see if they could help me. Home advisor was amazing in helping me resolve it. I?m glad the whole thing is over. I wish companies and people would own up to their mistakes and do the right thing.

Tore out damaged and old concrete (driveway and sidewalk) and installed new. Great guy to work with. Very honest, came when he said he would and did the job in 2 days as described.

Jorge is a nice guy. He has a good crew of workers. They showed up when they said they would. They suggested ways to get same results more economically. I would have them do similar work in the future. Project turned out great!
