Tree Removal
Removed 3 large pine trees (2 of which were uncomfortably close to the house). We were immensely pleased with the quality of the work and promptness with which it was done.

They trimmed the bottom of my pine tree up from the bottom and I told them not to. They did a terrible jog trimming the bushes they trimmed. They did not do 1/2 of what they said they would do. I asked to be called before he came so I could meet them at my house and they did not.

"Thank you for your review Cathy, we spoke about your dissatisfaction. I had informed you that we were not in fact completed with the job and we were returning after the weather cleared for us to finish the job however, you declined our offer to finish the job. Pertaining to the bushes, your bushes grew at different sizes, if we were to trim the one shrub down it would have killed your shrub. As far as the pine tree, you had requested us to trim the tree away from the house lines and shape it but again, we had to return to finish the top. You are correct, we did not call prior to arriving which we had given you a $100.00 off of your invoice for that inconvenience. If there is anything we can do to make this right, please reach out to us."

Jim Mocek, was very prompt on getting back with me,, eager to meet my demands, I explained my Husband had go work know matter how roads were and I need someone to be able to plow snow early, I would gladly recommend them to friends and Family

Jim was very cordial and friendly and worked very hard in the heat to get the job done in a timely manner. I took off 1/2 star on quality only because I told Jim I intended to plant where the bushes were removed and the dirt was stomped down too hard to rake, but I'm sure they will correct the matter. I am very satisfied and would used them again. I recommend this business.
