Jordan of JDL responded quickly, did a repair that was better than the dealer installation, and then recommended a good public adjuster to help with the insurance claim.

Jordan from JDL was quick to respond, and quick to the job. We decided to replace the water heater at the same time since the existing one was quite old. When the main job was done (in just 3 days from my initial call) our kitchen sink faucet was clogged due to sediment in our old cast iron pipes, and Jordan stayed to work on that, then came back on a Sunday to finish up. All around top notch professional!

I received three total quotes to replace the main line from the street to the house. Jordan, of JDL Plumbing, was the only estimate that was reasonable. He came to give us an estimate quickly, he did the work at the scheduled time, and did a quality job. We could not be more pleased and have nothing negative to report. We will definitely use JDL Plumbing in the future without reservation.

We had a kitchen sink faucet break on the Sunday before Labor Day. JDL Plumbing called us within 15 minutes of registering with Home Advisor. He talked with us to troubleshoot our problem. Quite amazing on a Sunday not to mention a holiday weekend. He came out to install a new faucet the day after Labor Day and did a great job. Fast installation, very nice and knowledgeable. Would hire him again. Thank you Jordan!
