Came to give a quote. Advised me of a minor code violation that he fixed with the water heater repair. Returned the day he said and was basically on time for when he said he would come. Completed the work very professionally and cleaned up completely after the work was complete. I have already recommended him to a friend.

I had a leaking pipe in the ceiling and needed immediate installation of shut off valves. He called within minutes of my posting and showed up within an hour on a Sunday of the 4th of July holiday. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and prepared. We will be having back to fix the broken pipe in a few days. He saved us a lot of headaches. We highly recommend him.

Very impressed by Jordan before, during and after the repairs. Evaluated situation, suggested repairs, work scheduled within one week. Cleaned up all areas. Thoroughly explained work done and how to use new systems (including new water softener). Discussed future bathroom redo and made appropriate recommendations. JDL is number one on my call back list. Personable and trust Jordan to continue with this excellent service. Highly recommended
