Contacted me very quickly, very knowledgeable about water treatment, explained what service he would provide and was able to quickly schedule a service date. The work was high quality, very neat and clean and was done on time. Also very courteous and easy to work with. I plan to use him again and would not hesitate to recommned him to friend or neighbor

I was hesitant at first not having any knowledge of JDL Plumbing, but rest assured that Jordan's professionalism and caring of our home was re-assuring that we made a good decision. Jordan replaced the kitchen faucet and 3 toilets in the house with professionalism and caring for what he did. Normally with contractors you don't know what your getting until it is to late, but with Jordan you will have no problems - He is now my new plumber going forward. We have to agree with others when they say he was fair, honest, and the best service I ever had.

Used my vacuum left it clogged, was going to leave holding tank until level till I addressed it played no attention to details. Have 10 year warranty on tank and he didn't give me any info or Warren card they like all plumbers take money and run,and most reviews are bought was carpenter for 40 years you take care of customer
