He walked out because he did not want to come back and forth for paint to dry to fix the walls properly. He pulled a bubble and the paint came off like rubber and had to be pealed off. The previous painter Jessee painting failed to prime the drywall before painting and he caused a lot of problems. Sherwin Williams came by and they said never touch a bubble and let it dry over night most bubbles still adhere to the walls after it drys one day. So both previous painter and him were wrong. Then he did not take all the end pieces off of the rubbery paint like Sherwin Williams told him too and now you see those pieces showing where they were broke off. So he did not want to come back and forth for drying a day and fix lines in walls and let it dry over night and then put primer on it then paint it. He said too much work. He was not happy. So he quit. So he gave up pay to not finish job.
