I first heard of Jason and JNR flooring after a recommendation by homeadvisor for my tile project. Our initial conversations were pleasant and Jason would be very quick to answer any questions I had or address any concerns. For this reason, I decided to hire him for the project. Before the project started, I specially mentioned that there was one spot on my patio that water would pool after rainstorms due to some foundation settling and asked him if that would be an issue. He said no and that he can just build it up with some thinset underneath the tile (See screenshot of conversation). Soon after Jason and his team completed the project, I noticed pooling of water at the same spot I had pointed out after the first rainstorm (See pictures). After assessing the issue, it turns out the tiles at the tiles at the edge of the patio were slanted toward the house instead of away from the house as is standard practice (see pictures). He initially blamed the underlying foundation issue but I pointed out that he had said it would not be an issue in our conversations prior to the project. Then he blamed the fact that I wanted the tiles level with the pavers and he had no room to change the slant for this reason. This is also not true as the tiles in question are still above the pavers (See pictures). The underlying issue is that likely there was no attention paid to the spot I had pointed out in our conversation prior to the project and no steps were taken to address the issue and make sure the tiles were level/slanted away from the house at that spot. After 8 weeks of waiting for him to come even assess the issue, no action has been taken toward fixing this problem. We would highly recommend not hiring them for your project needs based on our negative experience as they will not stand by their work once they have been paid.

They did a great job and so fast! We had a horrific experience with someone else and they came in and redid our bathroom better than before. Very communicative and reliable. Would definitely recommend!

If you've got worries about finding the perfect team to tackle your next project, absolutely look no further. Jason and Ronda were a powerhouse of professionalism and work ethic; they came in to rotten subfloors and damaged hardwood, and left without leaving a speck of dust, and perfectly sized and cut new subfloors in their wake. We absolutely will be reaching out again the next time we need help with anything in their field. I'd give ten stars if I could!!
