Hired JS Innovative Home Remodeling to add an addition to backyard concrete patio. There price was very competitive, work was completed in a timely matter, and finished product looked great.

I got to choose all of my own finishes and the work crew was easy to work with and did an exceptional job. Like the good shopper I got 5 quotes for this job. Jag was #3 on the list but even though he was a little higher than the others I went with him anyway. For me it's a break down of 1) Licensed 2) Cost and 3) The feeling in my gut. I like Jag and enjoyed his crew.

We recently contracted with JS Innovative to paint our house and the team he brought to the job did an excellent job for us. Their workmanship was very good and they made sure to clean up after each day's work. This is the second time we have used JS Innovative and would highly recommend them to our friends. The owner of the company always kept us advised on the progress of the job and touched base with us frequently throughout the process.

The company was a pleasure to work with and left the project in neat condition. We had them dig up and remove a concrete and Tecate tile porch and front walkway that was crumbling in places and uneven in areas. They put in an accessible concrete walkway and porch with brick accents and a planter. They also installed a concrete curb on a slightly sloped hillside planting that needed soul containment.

We had interviewed at least 3 other contractors for this job prior to hiring JS Innovative Home Remodeling. The owner is, without question, one of the most responsive upfront people I have dealt with. He came by and gave us a fair estimate and then reduced that fee to be more competitive. He subsequently did everything to make sure we were pleased with what he intended to do and involved us in the decision making process. He gave us options as to materials to be used and where to look for the best buys and to find what we were looking for. We were pretty pleased with the planning, but the proof of the pudding, so to speak, is performance. The plan called for a concrete pad 10x11 and a large area filled with pebbles and flagstones as well as removing a large area of grass and capping sprinklers. I can say without question his crew is superb. They did a great job, , but equally important was that they were very neat during the course of the work and cleaned up after completion of the work each day. I recommend this group most highly for excellent work, good value and a job well done.
