This company will not come on time and will say yes to your face with not intention of following through. Same day installation promised at install, guys showed up at 8 PM trying to do a full replacement condenser and air handler; I sent them home. Next day they start the work at 4pm, at 9 PM they left the work incomplete saying theyâ d be back first thing in the morning. They finally arrived at noon and finished the install. Now 2 weeks later the unit is not cooling and the guy Iâ ve been going through is not answering. They got 2 stars for work value since they gave the best price and did technically complete the work. Iâ ll amend if my experience changes with them.

Despite the fact that we canceled the contract before the contractor purchased the wrong HVAC equipment, he has not refunded the $5000 deposit they requested, received, and cashed.

Great response from Jackie’s. Showed up in less than 2 hours. Explained to me what was going on every step of the way and made sure my ductless unit was blowing cool air before leaving. Would definitely recommend!

The fact that this company has any good reviews is wild. I cannot imagine these guys were competent enough to handle anyone?s heating or AC unit. These guys called us, and asked to come check out our AC unit. Told us our whole unit needed to be replaced. Bought the wrong unit, which was not compatible with our existing attic unit. Fried all of our coils and pipes. Damaged the whole system and then tried to get away with it! The customer service is a whole other issue. They promised efficiency and professionalism, and we got nothing but empty promises and lies. Told us every hour they would be here, didn?t show up for hours. Promised to get us the part we needed and lied about the timeframe. Didn?t even pick up the phone half the times we called. Dennis went to far as to promise to buy my husband and I dinner for our troubles after hearing how upset I was and then still didn?t show up the next day. This company is a fraud. Run away quickly and do not give them your money.

Dennis was up front with the cost depending on what he found. and he let me know when he would be here and communicated well. I couldnâ t be happier with this experience. We will be using him for my sonâ s heating issue. There is a two year warranty. I am very comfortable recommending this company.
