My heat pump stopped working at the start of a hot weekend recently. I called Jacobs, was told their emergency after hours price and agreed to have them come out. I called another company, leaving a voice mail, who then called but I already agreed with Jacobs whose price was cheaper anyway. The Jacob service man came out quickly. He found the problem and repaired it quickly. He checked the temperature output and everything seemed fine, although it didn't seem to blow as strong as it used to. The next morning I had to call back because even though the heat pump was functioning it wasn't keeping up with colling the house. The owner came out and found an additional problem. The service person never checked the blower unit, which was backed up with ice causing inefficiency. The owner repaired that problem as well, apologized, and gave a few other suggestions Now everything works great and I am happy with the service and would highly recommend Jacobs Service Company!

My A/C went out on a Sunday evening. I received a call from Jacobs 20 minutes after I place the on-line request. They were out at 8 AM the next morning. The company first checked for possible warranty coverage on my unit and then promptly made the repairs.

It was a very hot day and my AC unit stopped working. I had a so called "buddy" in the business and he said he would help me out. 2 days later. I found Jake on home advisor and he was there in a timely manner and didn't try to beat me up with extras. He was very friendly and affordable. Now I have a new Buddy in the business, Thanks Jake
