Unbelievable experience. The journey was painful. Paul (owner) was a bully that kept us at his will. 3 day work turned out to be more than month after numerous calls. Never committed to timeline, dates and was very unprofessional; never showed up when he said he would. His ratings of 4 and 5 stars must be friends. Overall I am still waiting for some last minutes fixes (where he has admitted that it needs to be fixed). Paid in full now and now the waiting games begins again...at his mercy for his response. I would not recommend him to anyone. Not worth waiting for the person to show up. Famous Paul Quotes to sum it up "It is what it is" or "Don't make me angry I won't even show up" Great professionalism. Have all the communication with texts to prove it! Will never come back to Home advisor as a trusted source

The carpenter Paul was late to every appointment set. First claimed cabinet doors were wrong, then were late. He demolished a set of cabinets then never finished the job. I now have a gaping hole in my ceiling where cabinets should be.

I hired this guy to install a central humidifier on December 21st. The job was incomplete after getting paid in full. He promised to return to finish the job, but never did. Improper work caused water leak and flash flooding my basement. I scheduled at least 3 times for him to return, but the appointments were either cancelled at the last minute or he simply did not show up. He told lie after lie. I am escalating this to HomeAdvisor.com for resolution. He is a very dishonest person. My recommendation is to avoid him.

I am very pleased with Paul's quick response and professional service. I hired this company because the previous person I tried to hire dropped off and never got back to me. I needed work done on kitchen cabinets in my rental home and I am in Arizona. He called me when he said he would and I explained my situation. After visiting the home, he gave me a reasonable quote which included parts and labor. He took care of everything in a couple of days. I am so relieved to have found this company. And yes, I would highly recommend them.
