Stuart was awesome. Extremely responsive, and instantly put my mind at ease when he got here. He quickly diagnosed my problem, and was able to propose two minor fixes, which took care of my issue and did not break the bank. He has earned my trust, and I would definitely use Jems on future needs, even if they are larger projects, because I know he s not out to hose me.

Stu came to my house .. took one look .. saw the problem and instead of fixing a cracked cap, he just told me to buy a new one at the pool store ... no charge. NOW THAT'S HONEST AND TRUSTWORTHY SERVICE. Will definitely come back to him if I ever have a problem that needs fixing. I highly recommend this company.
