This company does it the right way! They came out quickly to view our yard. I had never done a backyard remodel before, so I did not know exactly what I wanted. They came up with ideas and showed me pictures so I could get ideas. They are experts and came up with ideas I would not have come up with. We created a plan on what to do. I received their proposal promptly and agreed to start the work. A couple days later they started, and they work FAST. My backyard was transformed before I knew it. They kept me updated and involved every step of the way, letting me know what the progress was, as well as offering ideas on ways we could improve the design or save money compared to their quote by doing things a slightly different way. As the project reached completion, they communicated with us consistently to make sure we were satisfied. Everything turned out beautifully, including grass, plants, trees, pavers, brick walls, putting up a new gate, installing lights, and installing a spa. You name it, they did it and made it look great.

Jerezee Construction was able to do the job the next day. They were knowledgeable about trimming mature trees. The shape is beautiful and the yard was completely cleaned up.

First, these guys were professional, easy to work with and have extremely competitive rates. We received a few bids on a fairly simple project building a wall in our downstairs/basement area to convert it to a mother-in-law suite. Their bid was over $2k less than any bid we got and the work was OUTSTANDING. We discussed our needs and Ilan and his team gave thoughtful, well-reasoned suggestions based on their experience- and they were spot on. And, they were FAST. We got their bid Wednesday and accepted it that evening. They came out Thursday to start and put the finishing touches on everything Monday. I wish we found Jerezee earlier, because they would be doing the other work that is still dragging on and probably for less. I highly recommend calling Jerezee to see what they can do for you. They will be our go-to contractors for any work we need going forward. Thanks for taking care of us guys!

Honest and hard working company. They did a complete backyard renovation and even my neighbors mentioned how amazing our yard looks now! Our yard went from an unusable desert landscaping filled with rocks to now a yard that has real grass and a flower area. Price was extremely fair for everything they did! Communication was great and turn around time was 2 weeks for a dreamy backyard! Even after the last check has been written I still receive follow up texts and walk throughs to make sure I am a 100% satisfied as a customer.

We had 3 estimates to do our tree trimming and we felt most confident in Lee. He had the same vision as we did, he was friendly, and he listened to the customer. The work was started right away, they were prompt, and very thorough. They did exactly what we asked and we are extremely happy in the work that was done.
