Save your money and time! For about ten years I have used this company and this was the first time I spoke with Jerry. Before him, it was a great experience but after dealing with him I am thinking about suing. I hired this clown to replace my HVAC system and after two weeks, he was still making excuses why it was not done. By this time he had my deposit. He never finished the job and the new equipment was some crap he found but it was not new. I hired another company to pull that crap Jerry installed out and install a new HVAC. I also had them to send me pictures in case I decide to sue. If I could I would give Jerry a negative star. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! I did contact the BBB.

We had a leak in our line coming into the house from our well, and it showed up two days before Christmas. Jerry was out to the house that day to take a look, found the problem, came out on Christmas eve with his excavator to find the pipe and fix the leak, and THEN came out on Christmas day to fill the hole in. Jerry and his team were extremely professional and willing to go out of their way to get our problem solved as fast as possible. Their rates are very competitive. After living in White Plains for 5 years, we have now found our go to plumber. Thank you again for saving our Christmas!!!

Excellent attitude and work ethic from Sean. Worked for 2.5 hours to unclog a kitchen sink drain. No disappointment from the services rendered. Pricing was a bit higher than expected, but I was in need of service.

Honesty and integrity are the words that come to mind... They came out, diagnosed the problem and in the end charged me nothing, not even for the emergency call.
