Over the phone quoted $225 to fix the suspected problems. Fortunately, it was not that and was much, much easier to fix. He came 1 hour late, took 2 minutes to put the door back on track. Charged a service fee of $150 which was not discussed. Not a good value for the money. He should have just changed the rollers as discussed for $75 more. He left and did not call me to discuss options.

He is on time, prompt, good pricing, went out of his way to get the job done and I am very pleased with that.

Showed up on time and was very professional. Offered to return if the work proved to need more work.

Jesus cleaned our gutters and roof. Very good job.

Very positive experience. Jesus dealt with a difficult installation very handily. The hw heater s diameter was greater than could fit thru the closet doorway. However, Jesus quickly removed the door and the wood-strip doorstops. After the installation, all was restored to its original condition with no extra charge. A venting lineup issue was also handled well with some flex pipe and metal duct tape.

Jesus is an amazing handyman who I never hesitate to contact for my property repair or remodel needs. I have used Jesus on multiple projects including kitchen cabinet painting, ceiling repair, installations, electrical work, roof repair, plumbing, and other work -- all of which he has exceeded expectations. He is also a very friendly person who is fair and above all, honest. Thank you Jesus for all of your continued support on future projects!
