Danny is an excellent communicator in that he keeps me informed of any scheduling changes. If there are urgent issues with the pool he attends to them immediately. I feel that his pricing is very fair considering the quality of work that he performs.

Danny takes care of my pool weekly. When I bought my home the pool wasn't maintained, and filled with algae. Danny chlorine pressure washed it and filled it back up, it's been looking great ever since. He's very nice and honest and always goes out of his way to help when there is a problem.

I hired Danny about 2 years ago. He maintains my pool in the Biltmore Highlands neighborhood. I live out of state and every time I come into town the pool is spotless. I had gone through a few other pool companies that took advantage of me knowing I didn't live in town, the pool would be filthy when I showed up, not with Jewel Pools. I am able to text Danny the owner if I have had equipment issues and he gets someone kn his network to help me out immediately. It's nice to have someone trustworthy! The owner is very reliable and pleasant. I can depend on them to do a great job. I have had Jewel Pools for weekly maintenance for over four years now.
