Jim Williams Renovations & Roofing

Jim Williams Renovations did very low-quality work on our home. Not only low quality, but they stretched out a small project, which was only supposed to take 1 month, to more than 3 months, and never finished the work. Williams argued about the quality of work on everything asked about. We were told many things had been corrected, and they were not. Jim Williams installed electric hot water, as part of the project, and hot water did not work through the project because it was wired incorrectly. We were living in the house and did not have hot water the entire time. Williams was aware of this but refused to ever take care of the issue, we had to hire a plumber to redo his work. The hot and cold water faucets were switched in the shower that they installed, Jim Williams tried to leave it in that condition until we finally made him correct it. To get paid a draw Williams agreed to finish the last few items on our project by a certain date and did not. He did not mean what he agreed to because he had not even ordered the flooring until 3 days before the deadline. We were also delayed on the delivery of the countertops for a month because the company was waiting for Williams to pay for the countertop first. Jim Williams was a nightmare to deal with and never even attempted to address punch list items. We are still trying to correct/finish the work we paid him to do. All he ever wanted was to be paid ahead of schedule and then we had to chase him to do the careless work they finally did. I would not recommend Mr. Williams or his company to anyone for any type of work. I cannot imagine anyone recommending him.

They do great work. Removed my old roof and replace with our new roof all in one day. Great job on the clean up. The guys were very respectful and kind. Great experience! Doing even more work for us now!

Jim was very easy to work with. His guys always cleaned up after themselves and were very polite. We are very satisfied with out bathroom remodel and will use him again in the future.

Jim Williams was a man of his word, throughout our renovation. While working around the challenges surrounding my disabled son, my personal commitments to others, and even the weather, everything was handled professionally and courteously by Jim and his entire crew. He always kept me informed of timelines, crews showing up when, duration of time in the house, all with an ear towards our needs. He finished in good time and with excellent workmanship on all fronts! I will be using him on all my future projects, and would highly recommend him to anyone.

I highly recommend this company. Jim is very communicative regarding schedules (I have several things going at once and pets I need to move) and the quality is much better than I expected. I had a fireplace removed and he sent a cleaning person to clean the floor on his own so he is very conscientious about every aspect of of the job. Anyone who uses this company will be pleased with the results. 5 stars all the way around.

Mr. Williams is dependable, professional,trustworthy and should be on everyones list of contractors to call. Can't say enough about this gentleman and his crew. THANK YOU JIM!
