I hired movers to relocate my family from Oh to Fl. On the day of the move the movers never showed and wouldnâ t answer my calls. I contacted GulfStream and they had a truck at my house the very next morning. I am so grateful they were able to help me and my family get us moved before the new buyers moved in. They even stored all my stuff until our new house was available. GulfStream went above and beyond to help us move to Florida. I will definitely use them again if we need movers.

When we asked when the travel time started, the rep told us that it started when they left our house, not their facility. We asked if they were a local company and Dylan said yes. This is false. Our move was given to Independent Movers without our knowledge. The moving company that made our move was yet another company without our knowledge again. We had to give them a downpayment and the balance to be paid with either cash, money order, or cashiers check. So we had the cashier check made out to Gulf Stream Van Lines. Once the movers got to our new residence, they would not unload our items until we gave them the balance due plus another $95. We questioned why the extra amount and they said it was for travel time. This caused us a lot of unnecessary grief because this was not what we were told. Time was wasting waiting for Gulf Stream to call us but they never did. So we scrapped up the $95 to get our belongings. The actual moving company was Energy Moving Systems, which is located in Hollywood, FL. This is definitely not a local moving company. I tried to reach out to the sales rep at Gulf Stream plus anyone else but still have heard back from them. Energy Moving has been helping to get Independent Movers to settle this matter. We have learned the hard way that when you need a mover, make sure that they are a moving company in your area with their own trucks. Dylan Price, the rep for Gulf Stream Van Lines, gave us all this info and it was all false information. Once they have you booked, you can never reach them again or the company that answers the phones - Independent Movers. Both of these companies do not even deserve a half star.

I never thought I would have to run a company down just to get an update about my items that were damaged by movers. I booked a move with Jason for February 28th, 2020. I was told that movers will be at the storage unit at 9:30 am. When I called Jason to ask how long it would be before there get there. Jason called back and told me there were only 25minutes out. Then movers called me stating they were 45 minutes out. Movers did not arrive at the storage unit at 10:53 am. When I explain to movers that I was disappointed in the miscommunication, Jared stated to me that he had just done a long move the night before and that is why they were late. Once Jared and Austin were finish loading up at the storage. Jared called me and told me before he stops at the second location to pick up a bedroom set and drop off a bedroom set. That they were going to grab lunch. I had no problem with that. Well, that took about an hour and so before they got to the second location to load the bedroom set on the truck. Once they arrived, they started to unload the truck. Mind you I am moving into brand new home and Jared and Austin damage my stairway rails and got damage on the wall here and there. When I walked out and noticed Jared and Austin trying to fix the leg of my big dresser. I did not say anything because I thought one of them would be honest and tell me they broke it. Instead when I text Jared and told him the dresser almost fell on my four-year daughter and that my flat screen tv screen was completely gone out. Jared tried to tell me that it was just throw in the storage united and some other excuse about my dresser leg being broken when they moved it and that was a lie. Then Jared texts back that he had no clue as to what happened and that he assumed I knew when they picked up that the leg was loose, and that he put a different screw and glue in the hole for it to stay. First Jared stated to me he was the one in charge. Now that my stuff is damaged he is going to put me in contact with the person about it. Jared claimed he would send information over on a claim. First I never heard anything back. I kept calling and sending texts. I got the run around about they never had anyone file claim, then he is waiting on information from his agent. Then Jared text with the excuse that his agent was out for lunch and that it is his father in law, so he knows he will call back. Still nothing. I have called so many times no answer or other sales rep tell me that Jason is not there. I even emailed Jason and the client care team. Still no response. Gulf Stream Van Lines better believe I will be filing a formal complaint with the Department of Transportation, The American Moving and Storage Association, and The Butter Business Bureau. I have tried to understand very well and be calm. But they just wanna push buttons so now you have pushed the right ones.

There is nothing as delightful as being sure of efficiency and perfection anytime you are in need. Gulf Stream Van Lines do their work professionally. That was so convenient! I like how they treated my stuff with care. I will hire them once more.

Booking GulfStream Van Lines turned out to be the best decision we have ever made regarding to move. Scott was the man we talked for the booking details. He was very attentive to what I wanted. These guys never stopped until they were done. And when they finished placing all the furniture, Scott even asked if I like it or I'd like them to rearrange anything. This was the best gesture.

Kenny and Austin were troopers. Long day of hard work. Very good at job and just good people. Couldn t have done it without them

I can't say enough good things about these guys. Prompt, VERY reasonably priced, professional and strong like bull. Very professional, friendly and efficient honestly couldn't be happier with them! Highly recommended!

The GulfStream Van Lineâ s team did a great job on our last event! Mike and his co-workers were punctual, efficient and helpful all the way. Very professional throughout the whole process. Will definitely hire again next time I move.

They pack everything very carefully and most importantly anticipate any issues 'before' they even arise! In addition to being professional in how they moved, they were all just really nice. They all seemed to take pride in their work and in their company. Recommended!

Great moving experience at a good price. Easy to arrange appointment and was a very professional service. Customer service was top notch. The crew did an excellent job of wrapping up our furniture and were super quick about loading everything. No hidden fees. I will definitely recommend them!
