I had work completed on 3 different locations / properties. All the work was grade A - done competently, with high quality, and with thought as to how to best approach the issue, and address it. I was asked when there were complications or unexpected discoveries exactly how to proceed. A few times, there was no additional cost - he just wanted to do it completely the right way so issues would not come back. In another case, I could see that there were unexpected issues - we agreed on how to address them, and proceeded. Costs were reasonable, and overall a great value for the money. Communication - updates on status, supplies, and timing were all well managed. Interactions - These were very friendly, pleasant, and easy to understand what needed to be done and why. Standards of quality are very high, and he is eager to do things the correct way, knows how to do them the correct way, and does so. Highly recommended.

Very honest and went one step further than he had to, he fixed a couple things that were not his responsibility to repair which helped to ensure his job would be completed correctly and would hold up to his very high standards. Highly skilled and very professional - I would recommend him to all my family and friends.

The guy is hard worker, very intelligent, know what he is doing and he get sis done in the smartest most efficient way possible.
