The do all that came in completed the work were extremely professional and nice. The younger black guy had work ethic that we need more of. The older white guy with glasses (late 20s maybe) was extremely knowledgeable and upfront about all of the situations

I was given and appt.time of 12-3 pm and the service rep.didn't get there until 4:15. All that time wasted.

Needed a small cpvc t-junction replaced coming out from my hot water heater. They were able to get out here within a couple hours (without stating it was an emergency), diagnosed upon looking, and fixed maybe 20-30min later. Guys were nice and polite, and the job looks good. Only qualm is the price I paid for the small amount of time seems a little high, but if they do good work they're definitely worth considering in the future.

They are great with communication and took the time to explain the issue and how they fixed it. They are able to take CC payment on site. Great customer service and will hire again.

We had a great experience, they were very nice, and so far did a good job, Just a little bit expensive for just a Kitchen faucet and shut off valve, I really liked them, but I might shop around the next time, Just to compare prices.

The charge for what they did was exhorbitant and the receipt was not broken down into labor and parts costs. And one of the workers walked out with a piece of copper pipe that was sitting in the corner of my utility room. He had no reason to even touch it. They were timely, friendly and fixed my problem, but I felt like I was completely taken advantage of.
