I really couldn’t believe the price for our roof, but I was happy. The work was done quickly and well. We couldn’t be more pleased.

The process was smooth at every step from getting the quote to installation. The crew arrived on time, performed the job efficiently and cleaned up nicely. I will use them again.

My experience with the John Henderson company was excellent. I found the entire team sent to work on my home to be well skilled, courteous and most importantly they took the time to explain the details of the project and made sure I was happy with the job. Easily I can recommend them.

Iâ d give John Henderson Construction 10 stars if the ratings went that high. Simply put, everyone did an exceptional job re-shingling a section of the roof on our house, starting with Eric, who came out within an hour of my phone call to examine the project and write up an estimate; to Luis, who supervised the crew, and the workers, who finished the job in one day â on time and on budget. Eric went above and beyond the call, summoning another contractor who a decade ago had installed a metal roof on the main section of the house, to get advice on the best way to tie in the two materials. Eric also answered all my questions promptly via email and phone calls, arranged for a building permit, ordered delivery of the necessary materials, and showed up twice while the work was being done to make sure it was completed to my satisfaction. Luis also made an additional inspection the following morning. As for the price, I paid considerably less what other roofing contractors bid, and consider I received 10 times the service. It has rained only once since the work was completed â no leaks. Eric has assured me that in the unlikely event of a problem Henderson would correct it. Having lived in our house for decades Iâ ve had considerable experience with various contractors, nearly all positive, but few as professional, efficient and reasonably priced as Henderson.

John Henderson and Eric Scott are consummate professionals. They quoted a fair price for a roof replacement and their team was able to complete the job in a professional manner on time. Work crews were diligent, courteous, and focused. It was obvious they were focused on doing the job correctly. Communication was effective and they were very responsive to any inquiries.

Eric reached out to my inquiry for a replacement asphalt shingle roof almost immediately. Provided a quote by next day. Eric was very responsive to my Q&A by phone, text or email. Always professional and courteous. I received 3 excellent recommendations for John Henderson Construction prior binding the contract. My experience with JHC was the same: very cost competitive, professional and installed in a timely manner. I even changed the color of the shingles a week before it was scheduled to be installed, and it was completed to my satisfaction by 5 guys, working safely, and installed in ONE day.
