Our kitchen faucet was loose under the sink. He tightened it, took 3 minutes and charged $278.80, said that was a level 1 job. I told that is just for tightening!

They replaced my drain pipe in the basement floor. It was a messy smelly job and they didn't stop until the job was completed. They explained what they were doing and showed me the rotted pipe that was the problem.

Poor service. First service person did not do the work he said he did. Three calls to repair the same problem. Then wanted to charge me an additional $185 for guaranteed work. Never really addressed one of the issues at hand, other than to tell me I needed a $2,00 or $8,000 filter system. Run the other way from this company!

Chris came to my house and he was terrific. He camera snaked all of my drains out to the street, was up front about cost, explained what he found, and didn't blink when I asked him to re-snake one of the drains to get the it working properly. He gave me advice for future long-term fixes, be I didn't feel overly pushed, which I appreciated. The problem persisted, however, and it took quite a while to arrange a follow up. Granted, my problem was not urgent, but it would have been helpful to know that I was still on the list of problems to be solved.
