Find someone else. First, normal working hours are from 8 - 5PM - they show up at 11ish and go into the evening, but okay. Second, I've got sawzall damages to my garage drywall and water line from where they cut the old door brackets out, and chipped areas on my epoxy floor coating from where they were dropping tools. Third, they left a coffee can worth of nut and bolts and other various parts for ME to clean up. Then, when I inspected their work, there are several under-driven bolts ad one completely missing. I call to have this fixed because they doors started making noise 2-mothns in after LIGHT use, and was told they went out of business. OUT OF BUSINESS, which I find odd, since the license is still active with L&I. So, look elsewhere for someone reliable, and ESPECIALLY not here.

Warning - DO NOT USE Jonathans Garage Door Services. After waiting 3 months for my new garage door to arrive, Jonathan Spreadborough knowingly installed a damaged (dented) door (see picture) without telling me first, then after removing my old door and installing the new one he informed me of the damage while at the same time demanding payment. I should have been told it was damaged BEFORE he installed it so I could reject it and wait until a new one could be installed. To make matters worse, he also informed me the door (Clopay Modern Steel 9138) has an issue with "Eurethane Expansion which causes the panels to warp. Now I am stuck with a dented AND warped door. I asked Jonathan to refund my money (denied) or to change to a different door from the same manufacturer (denied). Now in my 5th month since ordering and he says my recourse is a warranty claim. He should never have installed the door to begin with, and has involved me in a conflict I should not be in. I recommend using someone else with the integrity to alert their customer immediately upon discovering any damage, so they have the opportunity to accept or reject prior to installation, and someone who prioritizes standing behind their customer.

Jonathan did a great job for us. The doors and openers he recommended are of excellent quality. He did not try to talk us into higher-cost options when they were not necessary or desirable. He is easy to talk with about anything related to the job or anything else and my dogs really liked him. They are great judges of character. Thanks, Jonathan for a great job at a very fair price.

During these times, you cannot solve the supply chain problem but at least you can hire someone who will do a perfect job once the inventory arrived. I can say with 100% of confidence that Jonath was the right person to do the job. We hired him to replace our garage door and we are absolutely satisfied with all the process. Highly recommended.

He needed to come out only one time: I gave him the information about the size and type of door over the phone, and he provided the estimate by email. I was able to schedule installation right away.
